1. Shipping Locations

We ship Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes through reliable courier partners, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • Ecom Express

  • XpressBees

  • Shadowfax

  • DTDC

Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability at your pin code.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Prepaid orders are dispatched faster.

  • COD orders may require verification via call or message before processing.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–8 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather disturbances, seasonal rush, strikes, or unforeseen events.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders across India (as per your store brief)

  • No minimum order value

  • In rare cases, remote location surcharges may apply. Customers will be informed before dispatch.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS

  • A tracking ID

  • A direct link to track your order on the courier partner’s website

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.


6. Delays & Unserviceable Locations

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Natural events (rain, flood, cyclones)

  • Political restrictions, curfews, strikes

  • Festivals or peak season load

  • Operational delays beyond our control

If your pin code is unserviceable, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund for prepaid payments.


7. Missed or Undelivered Packages

If delivery fails because the customer was unavailable:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery

  • If repeated attempts fail, the package may be returned to us

In such cases:

  • Reshipping charges may apply

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed after deducting return shipping fees charged by the courier

Customers are requested to keep their phone number active for delivery calls.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for select pin codes only

  • COD orders may include a small handling charge (if applicable)

  • All COD orders require mandatory verification via call or WhatsApp

  • Unverified COD orders may be cancelled automatically


9. International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
