Refund policy

We want your shopping experience at The Dynamic Deals to be smooth and reliable. If you receive a wrong or defective product, we’re here to assist. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if the product meets all conditions below:

  • The item received is wrong or defective

  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, with original packaging and all accessories

  • A complete unboxing video is provided clearly showing:

    • Full package opening

    • Product condition

    • The issue (wrong/defective)

❌ Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • No unboxing video is provided

  • The video does not clearly show the issue

  • The return request is raised after 3 days

  • The product shows signs of use or missing packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned under any circumstance:

  • Personal care, health, hygiene-related items

  • Beauty tools once opened

  • Pet grooming items after use

  • Items marked “non-returnable”

  • Perishable or fragile items

  • Customized, made-to-order, or digital products


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at rahul@thedynamicdeals.com within 3 days of delivery

  2. Mention your order number, issue, and attach the unboxing video

  3. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours

  4. Once approved, we will guide you with:

    • Pickup (where available)

    • OR Self-shipping instructions

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return pickup is available only in select locations

  • If pickup is unavailable, the customer must self-ship

  • A ₹100 return & inspection fee applies to all approved returns
    (deducted from the refund amount)


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for wrong products received.

Conditions:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 3 days

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory

  • Replacement depends on stock availability

Not Available:

  • Size exchanges

  • Colour exchanges

  • Exchanges for “change of mind”

A ₹150 handling fee may apply for exchange processing.


5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders are sent to the original payment method

  • COD order refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer

  • Refund timeline: 8–15 working days

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use

  • Original packaging or accessories are missing

  • The issue is not visible in the unboxing video

  • The return is rejected during inspection

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellations

Cancellation Refunds:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund processed within 1–2 working days

  • COD orders: No refund applicable

Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions.


7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Send the unboxing video showing the exact issue

Without a valid unboxing video, replacements or refunds cannot be processed.
