Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures a smooth and fair process for both customers and our fulfillment team.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation before your order is packed or dispatched from our warehouse.

Please include your Order Number in the message.
If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
Note:
Cancellation requests sent via Instagram DM, Facebook messages, or non-official channels will not be accepted.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still want to cancel after dispatch, kindly accept the delivery and then raise a return request as per our Refund & Return Policy.
3. COD Order Cancellation

COD orders may require mandatory confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Unverified COD orders may be cancelled automatically.

Frequent COD cancellations may result in the COD option being disabled for your account in future.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).

Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Seller Cancellations
We may cancel an order in the following situations:

Item is out of stock or discontinued

Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable address

Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway or fraud checks

Unserviceable pin code
In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund (if prepaid) will be issued.
